T&C's & Info for pilates membership:

I understand that certain elements of the program can be physically demanding. As a condition of my enrolment, I accept full and complete responsibility for my own goals that I have established for this program. This means that I acknowledge the teacher’s recommendations and that I obtain a medical doctor’s approval for my participation in this program when requested. I agree to hold Bodyfixit free and harmless of all liability for any subsequent injury or health complication that though unlikely, may result from or be aggravated by my participant in this online program, home practice or live classes. I understand that I must notify Bodyfixit no less than 24 hours of alterations / cancellations to my session times. I will also take it upon myself to notify of any changes to my medical history or current state of health.

T&C's & Info for pilates intermediate membership and on demand pilates:

Your membership entitles you to the following:

1 fixed class a week for 46 weeks of the year
Added bonus of 1 swap session a month as long as space and given 24hrs notice to change (The swap session will not roll over monthly)
If you can't make your in person class you can join the Wednesday 6.45pm online class.
When a face 2 face class is not possible an online class or recording will be provided.
Access to the online recordings of classes in the members area.
To cancel your membership notice must be be received in writing via email or by hand.
A minimum of 1 FULL calendar month's notice is required to cancel your membership. Any payments due within the notice period will be processed as scheduled and the membership will terminate at the end of the following month. For example, notice received on the 15th of the June would conclude a membership on the 31st of July. The membership does not include the weeks that the Studio is closed. These weeks do not form part of your booking.
If you cancel and wish to rejoin you will rejoin at the current rate – you may not rejoin at the rate you were at previously.
Please also be aware we don't accept any responsibility for cars or personal possessions whilst being at Bodyfixit
You agree to feature in pictures of Bodyfixit Pilates Classes which will be used in marketing / advertising which includes but not exclusively facebook, magazines, posters, flyers and Instagram.
